      Update itcl to the latest release. 
Please note this also works with Tcl 8.4 (just update Makefile and files/makefile.lib), but I haven't test it thoroughly.

Fix: Unified diff:
How-To-Repeat:       itk update will be submitted shortly. I think in the future itcl and iTk ports will have to be merged and build from the CVS version like NetBSD and other OSs out there do.
