After update from 5.4 to 6.0-CURRENT error in locale ru_RU.KOI8-R (postgreSQL, perl)

Fix: 

replace /usr/share/locale/ru_RU.KOI8-R/* with files from 5.4
How-To-Repeat: update from 5.4 to 6.0-CURRENT :)

This is feature. You have two choices to work around: 
1) recompile all packages that do setlocale(). 
2) install misc/localedata port and run legacy binary in certain environment. 
I'd recommend (1) if you can.
