math/scigraphica - > math/libscigraphica (version 2.1.1)
x11-toolkits/gtkextra -> x11-toolkits/gtkextra2 (version 2.1.1)

I've been working on an update also, I'll merge your stuff with mine. 
Also, I have updates for other ports that depend on gtkextra  
so we don't need a gtketra2.

I am unable to get menus to work correctly in scigraphica, I've done 
what the FAQ says  

$ export SG_PLUGIN_PATH=/usr/X11R6/lib/scigraphic/2.0.1/plugins: 
$ scigraphica 

It doesn't work though, I've emailed the scigraphica-devel mailing list 
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=7565356&forum_id=4126 
but no success yet. Any ideas?
