There's a character missing in en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/contributors/contrib.additional.sgml

Fix: apply the diff below in doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/contributors
How-To-Repeat: get latest cvsup from doc-tree and try 'make lint', it won't work due to this bug, which is very easy/obvious to fix
