	doc/ja_JP.eucJP/man/man1/login.1 is broken.
	japanese characters are not correct at all.

Fix: 

i don't know.
	probably error in commit or upload.
How-To-Repeat: 	"jman logins" after "cd /usr/doc && make install".
	original file throuth cvsweb seems to be broken, i think.
