I've already submitted these changes to stephane@ but he seems busy.
I resend the changes here so they don't get lost.

platforms/amd64.sgml : MFen 1.10 -> 1.12
platforms/i386.sgml : MFen 1.4 -> 1.5
platforms/index.sgml : MFen 1.10 -> 1.14
projects/cvsweb.sgml : MFen 1.28 -> 1.30
