I added additional swap using dd & mdconfig, just like handbook says.    
After swapon my system very very lacks on performance, I ran apache & mysql, and after I couldnt connect via ssh for 6 minutes... Im using Celeron 466, my swap was 40MB (I was having 32 MB RAM), now I have 128+32 MB RAM and i added 258 MB swap on /usr/swap0 file, my HDD is 8GB IDE ATA/33

generic problem with FreeBSD.  For problems like this, it's recommended
