The version of archivers/rar in the ports tree has become unfetchable.  A newer version (3.5.0) is available and
is fetchable.

How-To-Repeat: Try to fetch the distfiles; unfetchable.

The cheksum should also be updated. See ports/84962, I submitted the 
patch for distfiles too.

Sorry, somehow I must have attached the Makefile patch twice instead of 
including the distinfo patch.  I haven't been able to use my email account 
for about a week now, otherwise I would have fixed it.  Since there is 
another PR for this port that is more complete than this one, I recommend 
that this PR's state be changed to closed.
