      security/tor has a vulnerability. it also has a broken startup script. it also isn't the most recent version.

now i'm back from vacation, here's an update to fix all 3

Fix: 

apply the patch at http://rikrose.net/stuff/patch-tor-port-0.1.0.12-0.1.0.14-plus-startup-fix
