	The bicyclerepair port is out of date.

Fix: Commit the attached patch file.

	You can also close the suspended pr ports/83750. My thanks
	to the author of that PR for providing his patch.
How-To-Repeat: 	Check the bicyclerepair web site, note that 0.9 is out, and
	that the port is at 0.71

I should have noted this before, but submitted the pr while while
trying to get to work.

This port has a conditional dependency on devel/pymacs. If you have
EMACS_PORT_NAME defined, that dependency will be added. That port
isn't in the tree yet. The pr to add it is ports/83750.

There are further bugs that affect the pymacs port. See ports/83750
for details on those.
