Tested and working: rs232 console, SATA, PATA, USB, Firewire, PCI slots
Untested: onboard Ethernet, PCI-e slots, audio

How-To-Repeat:       Problem: X11 on onboard ATI Rage XL not working because
 X.org will not use "sync on green".
