The microtime.9 manpage was modified in rev 1.8 (12 months ago) to include a description of the bintime function, which first appeared in FreeBSD 5.0.  However, the history section now reads that the bintime function has been around since 4.4BSD.

How-To-Repeat: man 9 microtime, try and parse the history section.
