	- Change port to DEPRECATED, tarball is unfetchable since 2004.
	- Maintainer has been CCed.

If it contains a patch for an upgrade, an enhancement or a bug fix

Agreed - I've been meaning to sort this out for a while. Could the
committer please deal the same blow to "net/gdesklets-lt-network" which
has been dead for just as long.
