The 'www' classification is only for problems with the website.  Anything 
under ports/ is correctly classified as 'ports'.

You should try searching the mailing list archives, or trying the steps 
at http://www.freebsd.org/gnome/docs/bugging.html before reporting a bug. 
An update of devel/nspr will most likely fix your problem.  However, since 
you didn't provide any useful information, I cannot say for sure.
