Fix some issues with the mplayer-skins port:
o add sha256 checksums
o add another master site
o change PORTNAME into mplayer-skins and omit PKGNAMESUFFIX
The last point ends suffering for people willing to use PORTNAME in
scripts and places the port options file in a logically more
correct directory. (The make-me-work-pointer for this one goes to
Dario Freni <saturnero@freesbie.org>)
