In order to get GNATS to accept this PR I had to remove the patch.  There 
is a 500K limit for the spamassassin that runs in front of it. 

The reason the patch went over that size is that the entire plist contents 
changed.  I don't think you really want to hardwire the port versions in 
these plists. 

Unfortunately it is too hard to tell from these diffs if anything else has 
changed except the version in the plists.  Can you please recheck your diff?
