              As per ceri's request on doc@, file a PR for the addittion of documentation for Oracle 9i. Our current documentation is outdated and should be updated to reflect recent versions.

Fix: 

Add some proper text, Ceri has an idea on how to do that, so with his help we should be able to fix it.
How-To-Repeat:               Compare Oracle's current version and the version documented in the handbook.

I don't really belong in the FreeBSD project any more, so sorry for  
sitting on this for so long. 

I couldn't get 10g working, btw.

Close this PR as no progress has been made on it. If someone 
wants to contribute newer instructions for running recent 
Oracle versions, it is probably better to file a new PR 
rather than finding and attaching it to this one.
