What if we have a CD but can't boot from it?

ok, I understand.:)
Therefore, may this sentence could correct to
"If you have purchased FreeBSD on CD or DVD but your computer  doesn't
allow you to boot from the CDROM or DVD, and should proceed to the
next section"?

Hello bug-followup,

   I think it is just fine as it is now, since the notice is later in
   the install-floppies chapter, so we will not duplicate the content.

Section 2.2.6 already contains: 

"If you have purchased FreeBSD on CD or DVD then you already have 
everything you need, and should proceed to the next section (Section 
2.2.7)." 

No need to duplicate the same text further down, IMHO.
