              Manuals for gcc and cc that come with the system are massively out of date!

Fix: 

build the correct documentation with each release, cough, Scott!

Thanks for the notice, however this is a duplicate of

So i will close this PR and use the other one as lead

Actually, you might that the GCC project don't produce manuals any more, so
this isn't actually anyone's fault here.
