- Update to 3.1
- Remove alloc.c patch, it has been added upstream to kalloc.c
- Library versioning was bumped (libfftw3*.so.3 -> libfftw3*.so.4), fixed pkg-plist

- Mark as patched, This is in ports-experimental in marcuscom.com cvs repo  
until the ports semi-freeze is over since about 20 ports will have to chase 
the libver bump of fftw3
