Update to 1.4-2:
- fix buffer overflow in config file parsing
- fix loop trying to detect if an unsigned integer is below 0

Supersede ports/94474, which should be closed.

Tinderbox tested on:	4,5,6-STABLE and oldish HEAD (all i386)
