	Article contributing-ports includes a statistic on how many ports PRs were
submitted in 2004.  Needs to be updated to 2005 so it looks a bit more "fresh".

Fix: 

Grab article.sgml and replace "2004" with "2005" in the sentence
that starts with "In 2004 more than eleven thousand".

	Eleven thousand is still correct (11141).
