Update to Nagios 2.3:
- Bug fix for negative HTTP content_length header in CGIs
- Added missing links for notes_url and action_url to service column of
  status detail page

Corrected issue preventing automatic startup on FreeBSD 6+, spotted by:
- Denis Shaposhnikov <dsh at vlink.ru> [supplier of patch]
- Fritz Heinrichmeyer <Fritz.Heinrichmeyer at FernUni-Hagen.de>
