As the 6.1-R was announced, update some things on /releng/ page so it
will not confuse our users.  Also, I have added entities for freebsd-www
and freebsd-doc mailing lists.  Maybe it would be nice to add more
accurate date for 5.5-R but I wasn't able to find any official
information.
