With this fiber optic NIC, 3CR990B-FX-97, installed the kernel panics and
the machine keeps rebooting!

The same card works just fine under Windows XP.

How-To-Repeat: Just plug the fiber optic 3CR990B-FX-97 into the PCI slot and start the box!

Does the same problem recur with FreeBSD 6.1?  There have been a huge number
