using Konqueror from bsd rel 6.1    -3.5.1

first time to the site works fine
then second visit <?> main tables write horizontal cols ceentered on site
then on bodyload move ti left horizontally in singular fashion
the tabs at top are fine at first then dissapear and the home tab folds
down mixing over the body text with thus duplicate display
???????????????????????
