512 Ram and 512 Swap.

I also had this problem with 2.0.3 (on a machine with 640 Mb RAM and 1280 Mb 
of swap space), but only when I broke off the compilation at some point and 
restarted it afterwards. Maybe it helps if you compile the program in one go?
