After graphics/exiv2 update to 0.14 graphics/gwenview (which depends on it) coredumps; rebuilding it helps, so I guess everything depending on exiv2 should be versionbumped

I have bumped PORTREVISIONs on all ports that use exiv2 to force rebuild. Hope 
that fixes the problem.
