 Yes - problem still occurs  with OOffice-2.2.0 (which isn't MOST current, but is
 more current than previously reported).
 
 BTW - I just now got FBSD-OOfice + MySQL ODBC to work. Very, VERY sensitive, but
 no crash yet after a single new insert and form creation.
