	net/freeradius fail to build under 7.0 amd64 and HEAD.
	This fix allow to fix this issue.

I agree with the fix, but I had already submitted ports/118425 (and 
alerted portmgr@, to it as well as posting about it on freebsd-ports@). 
ports/118425 fixes this issue in the same way, together with three other 
outstanding problems. At least one of the other fixes in ports/118425 
qualifies for committing during the ports freeze, I believe.

Whilst I'd prefer to stay with my file naming (which matches my internal 
Subversion registry) and get as many of the other fixes committed as 
possible, the most important thing is to get this fix committed in 
whatever form.

I am also grateful for confirmation that this is the correct fix!
