State Changed From-To: open->closed Close this PR. A reference to gvinum was added ages ago, and since vinum is no longer available, there seems to be little reason describing its continued use. After some discussion with Remko (and others), it seems best to just leave the current manual page untouched until it is removed. Thanks!
