In order to assist tuning ZFS, add the tunable vfs.zfs.vdev.cache.bshift,
base r2 logarithm of the size used to read disks, simlar to the Solaris
/etc/system tunable.

- A patch similar to this is already in HEAD, and will probably be MFCed in the case of a ZFS MFC.
