	package build on sparc64 (possibly other archs too) fails due to a leftover file when attempting a deinstall.

Fix: a patch is supplied below to allow the package builder to remove gvimtutor on deinstall.
How-To-Repeat: 	attempt a package build, or install then deinstall the port and check /usr/local/bin/gvimtutor

This isn't limited neither to sparc64 nor to vim-lite.
