Uhm, gdal is still at 1.5.0, and I don't see any PR's with update to it.
Actually shlib version bumps in dependent ports should be done by the
person who commits library update, multiple PR's are unnecessary and
confusing.

If you're planning to submit gdal update, just mention dependent ports
in the PR.
