Doesn't respect ${CC}, conflicts with other ports: installs libspeex.a, 
libportaudio.a, installs includes conflictiong with ones from system and 
other ports (err.h, aes.h, portaudio.h)

Also, I think category should be changed to net/ where other SIP-related
libraries reside.
