Trying use rw-splitting

        no field package.preload['proxy.commands']

        no file '/usr/local/lib/mysql-proxy/lua/proxy/commands.so'
        no file '/usr/local/lib/mysql-proxy/lua/proxy.so'

Fix: apply patch

Patch attached with submission follows:
