	Added OPTION for WANT_RESTRICT_STATS as requested by user. Tidied whitespace in Makefile. Moved distfile on bayofrum.net to dist/opentracker (/opentracker will still work for a while, at least).

	By the way, would you please add me to Additional Contributors as well? I think port maintainers are supposed to be in there.... just to inflate my ego that little bit more!
