By default choparp prints warning on gratuitous ARP packets.
Print warning only if -v option given
Add another type gratuitous ARP used by windows: packet containing zero sender ip

Fix: Copy attached patch to /usr/ports/net-mgmt/choparp/files
Rebuild, install
