Add inet6 keyword if it wasn't specified in ifconfig_IF_ipv6 line (assume that we really want IPv6 address if we specified _ipv6 prefix).

You may want to check for ^[[::blank:]]*inet6 or similar to not annoy
people who have a whitespace there.
