When any drive in the system becomes faulty and results in following errors:

Jul  4 12:42:22 e-soul kernel: ad14: TIMEOUT - WRITE_DMA retrying (1 retry left) LBA=483277
Jul  4 12:43:26 e-soul kernel: ad14: TIMEOUT - WRITE_DMA retrying (1 retry left) LBA=830925
Jul  4 12:43:51 e-soul kernel: ata7: port is not ready (timeout 10000ms) tfd = 00000080
Jul  4 12:43:51 e-soul kernel: ata7: hardware reset timeout
Jul  4 12:43:51 e-soul kernel: unknown: TIMEOUT - FLUSHCACHE48 retrying (1 retry left)

It will cause kernel panic.
