Many functions are present in libcam and are used in camcontrol but haven't been documented - e.g. functions from <cam/scsi/scsi_all.h> and <cam/ata/ata_all.h>.

Fix: 

Add the functions to cam(3).
How-To-Repeat: Run "nm -g /usr/lib/libcam.a" to see all the functions. Many aren't documented in cam(3).
