State Changed From-To: open->feedback Hi, I suspect that the problem is not that scp believes that the locak file is a directory, but that there is already a directory called "nginx" on the remote server. Can you confirm that this is the case please?

scp reports 'not a regular file' for me in both cases (file/directory already existing on the server or not) so I presume this is an issue only with older scp
