Description James 2010-12-08 23:10:08 UTC
You really want to get me started?

Low priority: 8.0 * has no bootloaders? (My buring without ISO support maybe. I will investigate.)

Stopped priority: Booted 8.1 and sliced things up then received titled err. (Kernel AND scripts ran from the same drive, but when asked to install the damded thing...) "Error mounting /dev/acd0 on /dist:" I/O err=5 (Paraphrase)

You should really give a ... priority: Your error report search engine sucks dog-bones! I have little time to spend at an I-net terminal, and the results came nowhere near to displaying a relevant list on *any* of my searches. Sorry, but it aint my fault this reporting area gets filled. Fix the search engine!

"Critical" is a sucking chest wound or head trauma. 'Ta HELL if I'm going to rate these issues. It's critical that I burn coasters with the same setup that I finally made a good i64-b bootable DVD, then it runs until the install. <?>

Intel SE 7501HG2 MoBo
Two Xeons
6-G RAM
Adaptec AIC-7902W as RAID5

Slackware (+others) slides in fine, every time.

Fix:

Na... I'm the new guy.
How-To-Repeat: Try to install.

Hi, can you have a look at this? you might know most about this code
at this moment in time, to explain the error (Might be bad media, or as the
submitter suggests improper burning of the ISO file, but I want to have
expert eyes to confirm :-)).
