net-im/climm fails to build when XMPP option selected. It builds otherwise.

How-To-Repeat: # cd /usr/ports/net-im/climm; make config;make showconfig

Automake wants paths to libraries in noinst_LIBRARIES, not ld(1) flags.
The port uses system textproc/iksemel instead of WRKSRC/iksemel-1.4,
so we can just ignore noinst_.
