Description Chris Rees 2011-05-02 20:20:04 UTC
Biabam is deprecated, but certain people still use it!

I'm offering to host it.

Fix:

- Change to new MASTER_SITE
- Pass maintainership to submitter
- Make REINPLACE quicker by restricting to first line
