The FreeBSD port of the dieharder tool (in math/dieharder) is a few versions old.
This PR contains patches needed to update the port to the lateset version.

As you can see from the logs at:
, I updated math/dieharder to 3.31.0, the latest available version, on
15 March 2011. (And there were no releases between 3.29.4beta and
3.31.0, even though Prof. Brown announced the completion of 3.29.5beta
on his webpage.) You seem to be using an outdated ports tree.
The port is already up-to-date.
