I will be working on refreshing your port before submitting it to the ports tree and I was wondering if you'd still be interested in maintaining it?

Actually, we no longer have anyone running Alberta here and I'm pretty swamped with other tasks. I'll keep a copy in my WIP collection (http://sourceforge.net/p/freebsdwip/wiki/Home/) and resubmit it later if/when we have a need and I have time to maintain it.

Thanks,

Comment 4 Bartek Rutkowski freebsd_committer freebsd_triage 2014-07-01 09:43:13 UTC
I am closing this PR due to following reasons:

- The submitter was not interested in the port nor in the maintainership anymore
- The submitted port was heavily outdated
- The attempts to update/stagify the port failed - upstream's code is badly written, not really portable and few more experienced committers had issues with getting it to work

Given the demand for the port was nonexistent, there would be a very high cost of keeping it around (work needed to get it working properly) and there was no one happy to maintain it, I am closing this PR.
