- Update to 1.7.0

I don't know whether rubygem-spruz run-time dependency which was
added at revision 1.16 should be removed or not.

Port maintainer (ruby@FreeBSD.org) is cc'd.

Hi,

Unfortunately, this update breaks databases/rubygem-dm-serializer. =
Upgrading json_pure causes gem to complain:

Unable to resolve dependencies: dm-serializer requires json_pure (~> =
1.6.1)

Please see:

http://rubygems.org/gems/dm-serializer

The solution is for dm-serializer to change their dependency. I think =
they can set it to this:

'~> 1.6', '> 1.6.1'

which will allow it to work with 1.7 but also require 1.6.x > 1.6.1.
