This system previously was able to 'getent [passwd]|[group]' from our
LDAP servers. But, after an upgrade, this no longer works and we see the
following in /var/log/debug.log:

May 30 17:11:05 psp-fb1 getent: NSSWITCH(nss_method_lookup): ldap, passwd, setpwent, not found
May 30 17:11:05 psp-fb1 getent: NSSWITCH(nss_method_lookup): ldap, passwd, getpwent_r, not found
May 30 17:11:05 psp-fb1 getent: NSSWITCH(nss_method_lookup): ldap, passwd, endpwent, not found
