Redmine 2.x works with RubyGems 1.8, which was the original reason for marking Redmine port as broken. 
Can it please be unmarked and updated to the latest version? We've been stuck on version 1.2 because of that.

www/redmine is no longer marked broken. Still needs update to 2.x but 
that will be done later (soon hopefully). Closing PR for now. Thanks!
